摘要:
近年来,临近地铁建筑物的振动损伤和建筑物室内二次噪声问题日益突出且受到广泛关注,地铁-土体-建筑物振动传播规律和振动控制技术逐渐成为研究热点。首先论述了地铁振动的传播规律和特点,其次从地铁振源、传播路径和邻近建筑物三部分对地铁引发临近建筑物的振动及控制技术研究进展进行评述,最后总结了既有研究存在的问题并提出相关建议。主要结论显示:(1)近二十年来,地铁-土体-建筑物体系振动及控制研究发展迅速且研究成果丰富;(2)地铁振动实测与模拟能否有效结合的难题使得缺乏既有一定普遍性又有较高精度的仿真结果;(3)地铁对临近建筑影响评价标准与轨道减振降噪技术评价标准认识尚待深入,且缺乏统一规范;(4)应着力开展地铁与建筑物合建体系设计及振动控制相关研究,进一步提高城市土地利用价值。
Abstract:
In recent years, vibration damage and secondary structural noise of buildings adjacent to metro have become increasingly prominent and which have received considerable attention. Accordingly, vibration propagation law and vibration control technology of metro-soil-building are becoming research hotspot. Firstly, this paper discusses the propagation law and characteristic of metro vibration. Secondary, research progress on vibration and control technology of adjacent buildings is reviewed from metro vibration source, propagation path and adjacent buildings. Finally, the existing shortcomings of current researches are summarized and related suggestions are put forward. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The research on vibration and control of metro-soil-building system develops quickly in the past twenty years with abundant achievements. (2) There is few results at metro vibration with certain universality and high accuracy because of the conundrum in the effective combination of field measurement and numerical simulation. (3) The evaluation criterions such as vibration effect on adjacent buildings and technology of reducing noise and vibration in track system are yet to be further studied to form the unified specification. (4) The design and control of Jointly-structure will be the research topic in the future and which can be further improved land utilization value in the cities of China.
