摘要:
对我国砌筑砂浆抗压强度试验方法的变化历程进行了回顾,指出了由于砂浆试验方法问题带来的现行砌体结构领域工程建设标准之间的不协调。汇总分析了底模对砂浆强度的影响以及执行现行行业标准《建筑砂浆基本性能试验方法标准》对不同类型块材砌体安全性的影响。提出采用施工砂浆强度和设计砂浆强度并行的过渡期,在过渡期内逐步建立带底试模砂浆强度等级、块材强度等级和砌体强度之间相关关系,最终实现各标准之间砂浆试验方法的完全统一。
Abstract:
The changing process of test methods in China for compressive strength of masonry mortar is reviewed, which points out the inharmonious in current masonry structure standards resulting from test methodological problems. The effect of bottom mould on mortar strength and that of implementation of current industry standards on the safety of various unit masonry are summarized and analyzed. Complete unification of mortar test methods in different standards is achieved, by introducing a transitional period with coexistence of construction and design strength of mortar, and during which establishing the relationship among mortar strength classes with bottom test mould, units strength classes and masonry strength.
