摘要:
2017年本团队承接了国内首个大型换流站地震监控预警系统的建设任务并成功实施。本文针对换流站地震预警及监控的应用特点,首次提出了全新的设计思路,包括监测点的分类原则,提高报警时效性办法,报警输出控制逻辑,防误报和漏报机制等,介绍了系统软硬件架构,并给出了试运行期间的应用实例。
Abstract:
In 2017, our team undertook the construction task of earthquake monitoring and warning system for the first large-scale converter station in China and successfully implemented it. According to the application characteristics of earthquake early warning and monitoring of converter station, this paper puts forward new design ideas, including the classification principle of monitoring objects, the method of improving alarm timeliness, the logic of alarm output control, the alarm mechanism of anti-false alarm and the anti-missing, etc. At the same time, this paper introduces the software and hardware framework of the system, and gives application examples during the trial run.
