摘要:
针对惯性振动机过共振区的振动振幅在起动和停车过程的变化问题,以振动力学为基础,建立单轴惯性振动系统动力学模型,并用solidworks软件对系统建立简化模型,导入ADAMS,根据实际运动关系设置各个零件在运动中的关系和约束,建立惯性振动机的动力学模型,最后对振动机系统在过渡过程进行动力学仿真,得到振动机在起停过程的偏心块转动量、振动机位移与速度变量随时间的变化的曲线。通过动力学仿真与实验的对比,验证仿真模型以及仿真结果的正确性,研究结果可为后续惯性振动弹簧驱动系统提供可借鉴的方法。
Abstract:
Aiming at the change of the vibration amplitude of the inertial vibrator in the process of starting and stopping, based on the vibration mechanics, the dynamic model of the single-axis inertial vibration system is established. The simplified model of the system is established by solidworks software, and adams is imported. According to the actual motion relationship, the relationship and constraints of various parts in motion are set up, and the dynamic model of the inertial vibrator is established. Finally, the dynamic simulation of the vibration system in the transition process is carried out, and the curves of the eccentric block rotation amount, the displacement of the vibration machine and the change of speed variables with time during the starting and stopping process of the vibration machine are obtained. Through the comparison of dynamic simulation and experiment, the correctness of the simulation model and simulation results are verified. The research results can provide a reference method for the following inertial vibration spring drive system.
