摘要:
为减小飞机蒙皮拉伸成形过程中较大的回弹量,提高蒙皮的成形质量,在蒙皮成形过程中添加振动辅助并探究振动辅助对单、双曲率飞机蒙皮拉伸成形过程中回弹量的影响。本文建立了非对称的模胎模型,即模胎一边为单曲率,一边为双曲率,分析了机械振动频率和幅值对单、双曲率蒙皮边界回弹量的影响。模拟结果显示:在相同振幅条件下,单曲率蒙皮的边界回弹量随振动频率的增加呈现出先减小后增大的趋势,当振动频率为30 Hz时,回弹量最小,而双曲率蒙皮边界的回弹量在振动频率增加的过程中变化没有单曲率蒙皮明显,但总体来说当频率为10 Hz时,边界回弹量较好;在相同频率条件下,单、双曲率蒙皮都是在振幅为1.5 mm时,边界回弹量较小。
Abstract:
In order to reduce the springback and improve the forming quality of aircraft skin during stretch forming, vibration assistant is added to the process of skin forming, and the effect of vibration assistant on springback during stretch forming of single and double curvature aircraft skin is explored. In this paper, an asymmetric model of the mould is established, that is, one side of the mould is single curvature and the other side is double curvature. The influence of the vibration frequency and amplitude of the mechanical vibration on the improvement of the springback at the boundary of the single curvature and double curvature skin is compared and analyzed. The simulation results show that under the same amplitude condition, the boundary springback of single curvature skin decreases first and then increases with the increase of vibration frequency. When the vibration frequency is 30 Hz, the springback of single curvature skin boundary is the smallest. The springback of the double curvature skin boundary is less obvious than that of the single curvature skin when the vibration frequency increases, but in general, when the frequency is 10 Hz, the springback of the boundary is better. While the amplitude of single and double curvature skin is 1.5 mm, the boundary rebound is smaller.
